Paladin and CGNPC reach an understanding

Australian uranium mining company Paladin Energy has signed a memorandum of understanding to establish a "framework of cooperation for long-term sales of uranium" with China Guangdong Nuclear Power's subsidiary, Uranium Resources Company (CGNPC-URC). Another future possibility could be a mining joint ventures in Australia's Northern Territory with Energy Metals, which is itself 69% owned by CGNPC-URC.
