Thomas Thor expands into North America

Thomas Thor Associates, based in Europe and the Middle East, has acquired a majority stake in USA-based KeySource HCI, another nuclear industry recruiter and consultancy, to create a "truly global" organisation.
In a statement yesterday, Thomas Thor Associates said: "The 16 years trading history that KeySource has in the North American nuclear industry, combined with the strength of Thomas Thor Associates in all other developed nuclear countries, will give nuclear organizations access to a truly global pool of talent."
In the Americas the business will trade as KeySource Thomas Thor, LLC. While focusing on the Americas, KeySource Thomas Thor will have access to the global network of Thomas Thor Associates.
Keith Wing, founder and principal of KeySource, will serve as president and CEO of KeySource Thomas Thor and report to Callum Thomas who will serve as chairman and CEO of Thomas Thor Associates globally.
Wing said, "This is essentially a merger of two highly competent nuclear industry services companies with complementary skills focused on North and South America."
Thomas, founder of Thomas Thor Associates, said: "We have highly complementary capabilities and we share the same values as KeySource HCI. Our firms have served companies in nuclear technology, engineering and construction, operations, decommissioning and environmental clean-up sectors of the nuclear industry and we now have the capability to serve the demands of nuclear energy and technology worldwide."
