Poncelot: France wants to build in Vietnam

[Vietnam News Agency, 10 February] French Senate President Christian Poncelet has told the chairman of the Vietnam National Assembly Committee for Science, Technology and Environment, Ho Duc Viet, that France wanted to invest in a nuclear plant for Vietnam. Poncelet was speaking during a meeting with Viet in France last week. Viet said Vietnam wants to expand international cooperation in energy security while protecting the environment and ensuring safety.
